Messengers of Hope and Mercy. That’s what DAT Team Members are as they act to bring immediate care and assistance to families in need. But they can’t do it alone. These teams need a leader. They need you! Use your management skills to be on the front line for the American Red Cross!
The Dallas Area Chapter is seeking experienced professionals to respond to local disasters. We are looking for individuals who have prior success in various aspects of management and/or have had success in leadership roles within the public and private sector. This opportunity is excellent for individuals who currently have or have had careers as managers or supervisors, in business, the military, or teaching. Response Center Network - Call Agents
When disasters strike, you often see the 1-800 number flash across the television for those seeking information about Red Cross services. Did you know,those calls are sometimes answered in Dallas? Join us and answer the call to service for those in need around the country.

Disaster Assessment Branch Coordinators
After disasters, whether fire, floods, or tornadoes, the American Red Cross utilizes volunteers to conduct survey damage to assist those in need. In addition, these reports are often shared with local officials and news outlets in reporting conditions on the ground. This is where we need you!
The Dallas Area Chapter is recruiting leadership volunteers in the branch locations of Terrell, Corsicana, Greenville, Denton and McKinney to assist in assessing the damage after a disaster. This position will serve as a mentor to other Disaster Assessment Associates and help manage this pool of volunteers. If interested, click here for more information.
